Hey there! We are Enfold and we make really beautiful and amazing stuff.
This can be used to describe what you do, how you do it, & who you do it for.

What is GL and what are its uses?

GL are geotextile and bentonite composites made for a variety of environmental containment programs. Geotextiles have long-term stamina against physical or chemical decomposition in harsh elements, while high bentonite swelling capacity and low permeability provide effective hydraulic seals.

By replacing a thick part of the compressed clay with a thin layer of pure sodium bentonite, GCL’s offer a good alternative to conventional compressed liners. Its advantages include easy installation, better hydraulic performance and resistance to various weather conditions.

Installations for most GCL projects by construction personnel using conventional equipment can be completed. JJLs also have their own sealing characteristics and reduce the risk of malfunction due to unfavorable conditions and operating conditions.

GL Sheet

GJLs have sealing properties and reduce the risk of failure due to unfavorable conditions and operating conditions.

Advantages of GLC

 • Varied sealing programs are possible.
 • Instant sealing and long-term performance with inflatable sodium bentonite powder
 • Beyond compressed liners.
 • Powerful geotextiles surround and contain bentonite.
 • Punching the needle uniformly provides shear strength in several directions.
 • The thermal locking process increases the internal shear strength and friction angle of the interface.
 • The length of the sealing itself overlaps.
 • Fast, easy and affordable installation
 • GCL geosynthetic sedimentary concrete shows how geosynthetics perform best.
 • Best practice by interacting with natural elements to make something stronger or safer

Needle work transforms GCL’s effectiveness

Needle-perforated manufacturing technology greatly enhances the internal and external shear endurance of GJLs. Expands the scope of applications where GJS can be used. The sturdy tingling process links three unique layers of Bentoxix – two outer encapsulated geotextiles and a sodium bentonite core. This link creates a single and engineering barrier that uses the best synthetic and natural materials.

Using needle-needle fibers through the clay layer of sodium bentonite, a fully uniformly reinforced GCL is produced – with shear strength and stability benefits for any application including:

 • Golf Course Pools
 • Storm Management Pools
 • Recreational pools
 • Close Door / Landfill
 • Dams /
 • Vertical Trench Cutting
 • Groundwater Protection Coating
 • Environmental protection barrier in roads and railways
 • Secondary Harness for Basement Tanks

Bentonite Strength of GCL Powder

It is removed from significantly thicker layers of compressed clay. The exceptional and immediate swelling feature of sodium bentonite powder provides a long-term barrier that can ‘seal itself and heal again’. For example, swelling can be used to fill punctured and damaged areas. It is also hydrated to renew the dam even if it exists again.

Exposed to the dryness of highly engineered geotextile outer layers, it has tremendous protection against bentonite piping, durability against damage and power to manage challenges inherent in barrier schemes, such as security on slopes and against oscillation heads.

Sodium bentonite clay used in GCL is a clay mineral that swells between clay platelets upon arrival. When water is watered under the enclosure, bentonite swells to form a low permeable clay layer and hydraulic protection equivalent to a few feet of compressed clay.

Application of Benzofix in GCL Production

BenzofixJLs are produced by distributing a uniform layer of sodium bentonite between two geotextiles. Fibers from nonwoven geotextiles are pierced through the bentonite layer and incorporated into other geotextiles (either woven or non-woven).

This process leads to strong mechanical bonding between fabrics. Then a proprietary process for heat treatment – the thermal locking process – is used to correct and permanently fix the perforated fibers in place. These characteristics include increased internal shear strength and long-term creep resistance.

The thermal locking process permanently locks the perforated fibers of the non-indesitive geotextile layer with a layer carrying a variety of uncoated GCL types and improves the performance of hydraulic conductivity in confined limited stresses. It also increases resistance to the harvesting of fibers – an improvement in durability action that increases friction between the face. It also ensures long-term shear strength and immediate fibrous resistance during hydration.

In addition, bontofix has an immediate and advanced barrier to gas and radon with polyethylene liners coated with extrusion while protecting against drying and sensitive materials.

Great performance of GCL

Since the late 1980s, GJLs have been identified and used by design engineers, treaties, agencies and landowners as an option for soil barriers in various programs. The growing interest in these products stems from the unique properties and benefits they offer.

They are very effective even in high slope conditions as a hydraulic barrier. It is easy to install;

A wide range of GCL applications include waste disposal caps and runway base applications, dams, canals, ponds, rivers and lakes, and even waterproofing of similar buildings and structures. Countless laboratory studies have shown excellent performance using natural sodium CL bentonite.

Landfil Construction Works & Stages

It must first be determined whether there is enough land for Landfile. To think how much land is needed for Landfile, we will use the example of the site we visited. The composition of the underlying soil and substrate should be determined. Water flow over the area should be studied. You should determine the possible effects of Landfile and possible contamination on local wildlife.

Landfill Structure

Typically, landfills suitable for non-hazardous waste are marked using predefined specifications techniques. • Make the waste smaller • Compact waste to reduce volume • Covering the waste disposal site with wood and fine particles and soil on a daily basis

Geocell, Applied Environmental Materials

Geocell is essentially one of the construction materials, which has unique features. Soil erosion can be prevented by using these materials in environments that have a fast night. In addition, a beautiful green space can be created for steep roads using geocels.

Excellent and robust coating geotextile for construction

The use of geotextile coating plates can undoubtedly be necessary in any field. These pages are used in various industries because of their many advantages. Of course, most of the use of these plates is civil and construction. They can also be used under geomembrane sheets.

Geomembrane, the best building sheets

One of the best sheets used for insulation and coating of various industries is geomembrane sheets. These sheets have been popular due to their many advantages and are highly regarded by construction makers. One of the advantages we can express for them is longevity along with the right cost.

Roof Garden: Nature in the heart of the house

Roof gardens, or green spaces, are among the most modern ways to access gardens in the sky. You can imagine there's a tall, garden tower decorated with beautiful flowers and shrubs in the penthouse. These roofing gardens can be very beautiful to the houses. In addition, they are able to bring you to nature.
